What is a fanlisting?
Quoting The Fanlistings Network, a fanlisting is a "place for all fans of a particular show, movie, actor/actress, singer, etc. to come together and build the biggest listing of people from all around the world who are fans of that subject."

Who is the old man?
Konoe is a character from Yoko Matsushita's manga series Yami no Matsuei (Descendants of Darkness). He's the chief of EnmaCho's Shokan division and its oldest employee as well. When he first appeared in the manga he was angered by Tsuzuki's most recent mishaps and seemed to have a short temper, but with time we saw that he's actually quite a sweet old man who enjoys tea, sweets and karaoke. He also seems to know more about Tsuzuki's past than lets us know.
