1. You do not need to be an otaku to join, as long as you accept, like or are interested in them in some way.
2. Please give your name, e-mail address and country, other information is optional.
3. If you have a site and want it listed, link back before or right after joining.
4. Please e-mail me if you want to update your information, don't resubmit the join form.
Also, this isn't really a rule but if your site is in a language other than English (or Finnish) I'd appreciate it if you put a link to the fanlisting page in the comment box. Sometimes I can't find the page because of the language barrier and can't list the site, so doing this would prevent that from happening. :3
