*pnish* is a Tokyo-based theatre group consisting of four members. It was founded on July 1st, 2001, and even though there were more members at first they dropped out over the years and it's been the four of them for a good while now. Weird name, isn't it? Well you can thank MoriEiji for it, it was one of the suggestions he came up with back in 2001 when he and Daiki were thinking about a name for their theatre group. According to him, it comes from the words "Bokutachi wa shibai ga yaritai no kai", meaning "We Want to Do Stage Act Club".
