About Snufkin
Snufkin is a character from the book/comic/animated TV series Moomin by Finnish author Tove Jansson. He's an adventurer and a vagabond and admired by those who're small and shy. His quietness and worldly ways give him an air of wisdom, which often makes others seek advice from him.
        In the TV series, Snufkin is a very warm character who advises his rather naive and childlike friend Moomintroll and shows him the world of quietness and peace when he needs it. However, in the books and comics his character has a bit more of an edge; he's more cynical and doesn't seem to like people very much, which makes him even rude at times.
        Snufkin is a son of the Juxter and the Mymble, which makes him stepbrother to Little My and the Mymble's daughter. He plays the harmonica and has a dislike for authority figures such as the Park Keeper, which also shows in his great dislike for all kinds of regulation signs.

About Belong
I chose the name "Belong" for the fanlisting because of Snufkin's worldly attitude and acceptance. He wanders around and even though it might seem like he doesn't feel like he belongs anywhere, in truth he belongs everywhere he goes.
